We have answers. Are your hair bows sewn or glued together? TOP
Both. Your hair bows are sewn together securely and all ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying and ensure the life of your hair bows.
Bow centers or embellishments are generally glued and some might be sewn securely as well. Some of our polymer clay centers are made by our shop. These centers are simply adorable but please handle these with care because although polymer clay is strong some pieces may brake and pose a chocking hazard. What is your turn around time including shipping? TOP
All bows are made to order and are made with the greatest attention to detail. Our current turn around time is 3 to 4 business days from the time payment is received until the item is ready to ship. Orders containing more than 7 items may take a bit longer (5-7 business days).
On the Simply Adorable line of products the turn around time can be up to 5 to 10 business days
If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.
Trendy Lil' Monkey uses USPS for all our shipping needs. Packages usually arrive at their destination within 2-3 business days of leaving our studio.
Can you match a specific outfit or birthday theme? TOP
Absolutely! We love to work with you one on one to create the perfect hair accessory for you. Send us a detailed digital photo of the outfit and we will contact to for more details!
We then create a product especially for you with no obligation to purchase until after you've viewed a picture of the custom item.
Please note that we try our best to match your items; however some colors may vary and may not be 100% match. Also, all CUSTOM orders will NOT be refunded or exchanged. Where are my items created? TOP

We process all payments through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and money orders. Sorry at this time we do not accept checks. What if I don't have a PayPal account and I don't really want to open one at this time? TOP
