Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund it. Please call our customer service center to arrange for the return or exchange. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in new and unused condition with all tags still attached and their original packaging. All special orders and personalized items are final sale. Shipping cost will apply to returned items. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We suggest mailing your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Every order, whether shipped Priority , may take 1-2 days to process before shipping.
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Free or Flat Rate Shipping Promotion
We use USPS as our carrier. It is fast, affordable and reliable, plus, USPS delivers on Saturday. Packages take 3-5 days to arrive. Outside the US, we offer First Class Mail International which takes 6-10 days to arrive.
Shipping to Canada with USPS Priority Mail International :

Paying with Paypal will insure the safest fastest order processing on our end. But you can also use all other major credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) AS LONG AS THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE THE SAME AND MATCH THE ONE ON FILE WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
